This Privacy Policy explains how UnOrdinary Group LLC and its subsidiaries, including UnOrdinary Spaces L.L.C, (collectively “we”, “us” or ” our”) collect, use, and share information about you when you use or otherwise interact with our websites, networks, applications, mobile applications, online services, and other services we provide (“Services”).

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT CUSTOMERS?

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE:

Registration and Profile Information. When you create an account, place an order, or request a quote, you will be asked for your name, email address, phone number, payment information, billing and shipping addresses, demographic information, and other information that you want to specify.
Payment Information. When you make a purchase, we collect information about the card you use to pay. Depending on the payment option you choose, we may use a third party to process payments for us and receive information about the card you are paying with.

Communication If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, if you contact our customer service, we will receive your name, email address, telephone number, the content of any message or attachment you send us, and other information you choose to provide to us. We may also record your calls to our customer service team to process your request and for training, research, and product development purposes.

WE USE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION (MEANING EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND BILLING AND/OR SHIPPING ADDRESS) FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

We use your billing and shipping address to process and deliver purchases, returns, and backorders, and to help prevent fraud.

WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

Marketing Communications. If you would prefer not to receive marketing emails sent by one of our brands, simply click on the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of any of those emails. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails, we may still send you other types of messages, such as purchase receipts, information about shipments, or emails about your account.

Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard for how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

INTERNATIONAL:

The information we collect about you may be transferred to and accessed from the United States and other countries in accordance with applicable law. These other countries may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. We will take steps to maintain an adequate level of protection for this information in the jurisdictions in which we process it
