This colossal, 6,500 sq. ft. open floor, loft-style space is a blank canvas to create your own unique experience.  An additional 2,000 sq. ft. room allows for a relaxed and comfortable photoshoot for you and your crew with plenty of room for additional equipment, props, or set-up.

Cancellation Policy

If a contracted event is canceled for any reason less than ninety days prior to the event date, the client agrees to pay 100% of the contracted fee, based on the estimated guest count.

Terms and Conditions

  • From $325 for small productions. From $520/hr. for larger events
  • 50% deposit secure dates
  • 100% refundable with 45+ days’ notice
  • 50% refundable with 30+ days’ notice.
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) required.
